We only deliver to standard home and business addresses within the United States. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military/APO Addresses.

Order Booking & Cancellations

We make every effort to book and ship all orders within 3 to 5 business days, however we make no guarantees on the time that it will take for you to receive your merchandise. You may cancel your order by email, phone or fax up until the time we process it for shipping & delivery. Order cancellations will incur a 20% or $20 restocking fee, whichever is greater. We will be adding order tracking to our site in the near future, so please check back for order status. Partial Orders, Typographical Errors & Limited Stock Items

While we try to ensure our product stock, prices, product and descriptions are accurate and up to date, we occasionally do have typographical errors in product descriptions, prices and stock availability. Partial orders will be shipped where more than half of your order is in stock and available at the time of booking, and you will be refunded for the remainder of the items if we cannot stock and ship the items within 5 business days. Additionally, at our sole discretion incorrectly priced or described items will be omitted from orders and refunds processed.

30 DAY NO QUESTIONS ASKED SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! YOU CAN RETURN ANY UN-OPENED AND UN-USED PRODUCT FOR ANY REASON WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE! Please understand, however, that the nature of much of our merchandise is very personal, therefore our returns policy of opened or worn products is very limited. We accept returns of any undamaged, unworn, "like new", pristine merchandise, and any defective items. The following guidelines apply and will be strictly enforced:

  1. Before shipping a return you must request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) by email.
  2. A copy of the invoice and your RMA form for each item must accompany the return.
  3. Up to 90% credit will be applied to customer's account, with a 10% or $10 minimum restocking fee applied, whichever is greater. Credits are for merchandise only, no credits will be issued for shipping and handling charges already paid.
  4. For defective materials, any damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
  5. Excluding defective materials, NO DAMAGE of ANY kind will be accepted such as sun-fading, smoke smell, finger prints, hanger marks, perfume or cosmetic smell, writing on hang tags, etc.
  6. All original tags, bags, display boxes, shoe & boot boxes, hangers, etc. must be returned as new.
  7. Merchandise that does not meet the above standards will not be credited or processed and the sender will have to pay shipping charges in advance to have the box returned to you. Unclaimed invalid returns will be discarded after 30 days.
  8. You are solely responsible for the cost of return shipping of all items.

Payment Policies & Methods

Shop securely and pay with your credit card via PayPal Web Payments. The following policies apply to all payments:

  1. We do not ship COD.
  2. All payments are in US funds.
  3. Orders that are deemed fraudulent will not be processed and may incur additional delays and are subject to additional verification.
  4. Undeliverable, missed and/or refused deliveries will incur a 20% or $20 restocking fee, whichever is greater, regardless of the reason that the order could not be delivered.

Shipping Rates & Arrival Estimates

We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse location in Escondido, CA. Some orders including those with shoes and/or hosiery may be fulfilled with multiple shipments. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery of all items in the order when partial shipments are generated. Please note that UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes; therefore please do not place any orders to be shipped to a PO Box or armed forces / APO address. All delivery methods are estimates and are based on the date and time your order is booked for shipping, not the date and time the order is placed via our website. As we cannot control the final delivery of any package, we cannot guarantee any particular delivery date. We offer the following UPS shipping methods:
